THE BRIDEMAID'S FESTIVE JACKET, darkgrey/fuchsia
I have knitted an especially  festive jacket for my modern bridesmaid. The pattern is somewhat damask-like since the colours flow one into another giving the impression of shimmery effect just like on the jacket the bridesmaid would have worn more than a hundred years ago.
