Our English web-shop is for customers outside Denmark only.
Prices and VAT
All prices listed in christel-seyfarth.dk are WITHOUT 25% VAT and excl. Shipping. VAT will be added for all orders wihtin the EU.

Prices in English Pounds, American Dollars and Euro are converted according to the current exchange rates.
Shipping is calculated according to the country of delivery.
We are not responsible for any typographical errors in price or sold out items.
Delivery
Our delivery time is aproximately 1-3 days plus the shipping period depending on the country of delivery. If a product is temporarily out of stock, please contact us for an expected delivery date.
Shipping
We ensure delivery by Post Nord or DPD (unless otherwise specified) to the receiver. We consider your package delivered when arriving at your address. www.christel-seyfarth.dk can not be held liable for delays by Post Nord.
Greenland and The Faroe Islands:
Small packages are sent by air, bigger shipments by sea freight.
Payments
All orders are cleared online. You can pay by the following cards:
Dankort, eDankort , Visa, Visa Electronic, Master Card, Maestro, JCB 8 and American Express
Payment will be withdrawn from your account immediately.
VIP-discount will be refunded separately.

Your rights
You always have 14 days' rights of return on purchases on the e-shop, counting from the day of receipt. If your choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the items in the original condition and quantity.
We do not accept return of orders after 14 days of receipt, and there is no return right on special custom made kits.

Items bought in the store, also have 14 days' rights of return in exchange for a voucher.
When goods are received and accepted by us the full amount - except for the shipping costs - will be refunded. Please note that return costs are at your expense.

All goods must be returned to the above address!
– note that we do not accept C.O.D. packages. All return costs are at your own expense. Returns can also be done by refusing to accept a delivery or by returning the goods in person to us.
Please include information about the reason for the product being returned as well as your name and the order number of the purchase.
We credit into the account used for the specific order.
Privacy
No personal information recorded at http://www.christel-seyfarth.dk/ will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. We record the IP addresses for all purchases in order to avoid false orders occurring on out site. This info will be handed over to the police.
Ordering
When you place your order on the website you simply put the items you want in the shopping cart. When you are ready you go to the cart and follow the checkout procedure. You will be asked to apply your address data, confirm the order and proceed to electronic payment on a secure server. As soon as the transaction is completed you will receive an email order confirmation.
The email contains the order ID, payment ID, information about the ordered products and amounts. Feel free to order by email or phone.
