KNITTING YARN | Lambswool with unique color games
My yarn is spun in Scotland and my spinning coined the term "Super Soft". The secret Supersoft is in the wool composition. Wool softness due to the wool from the lamb's first shearing, providing the ultimate in softness and luxurious quality.
This is the finer and more expensive wool which gives the clothes it's exceptional high quality without losing the special character of Shetland wool. Despite the fact that the term "Super Soft" is copied by many spinners over the years - there's no - there can match the original Supersofts quality and colors. 131 beautiful colours!
High end 4 ply Supersoft lambswool from Scotland
Needle size 3.0 mm for plain knitting
28 sts to 36 rows = 10 cm square
The wool is ring spun which is “woolen spinning” (not the same as worsted).
The wool is dyed “loose stock”, before being blended with other colours of wool to make the heather melange shades.
The wool is unwashed, and it is therefore recommended to wash the finished project after finishing.
