Colori naturali is a natural dyeing laboratory based in Abruzzo - Italy. We dye only natural yarns, plastic free, in small batches with artisan care and love and in full respect of the environment. Our bases include: baby alpaca, kid silk, merino silk, BFL + mid brown Masham, fine Falkland merino, mohair + wool, linen and hemp, all high quality fine yarns.

The idea is to draw inspiration from ancient dyeing recipes to obtain colors of contemporary taste suitable for an urban-metropolitan lifestyle. Our land of Abruzzo has a glorious past in the field of wool processing and natural dyes, a past to which we want to inspire us to move forward. For this reason we seek and collect the numerous wild dyeing plants that our land offers us and we study dyeing recipes to bring the colors of the landscape around us to the yarns: water, trees, earth, stones, sky, mountains, animals, sand, sea ...
