Fanø Retro | Ladies cardigan with zipper
Inspiration comes from an ancient piece of chintz fabric found in an old sailor box on Fanø. Has the fabric been brought home from exotic sky distances, far from Fanø? I was inspired to knit this enamelled cardigan - the terns make it look a bit "waffled" in the bump, it is very good (close) - and the graphical toes are softened by the organic sleeve pattern. The colors are bluish like the sea urchin around the sailor's chest.
